Overview
Weezing [Chilling Reing] and Galarian Weezing [Chilling Reign] complement each other very well. Weezing attack, Smog Burst has 20 base damange and does extra 20 Damage for each Dark Energy attach to all your Pokemon while Galarian Weezing Ability, Energy Factory will make each Dark Energy attached to Pokemon with Weezing in their name to 2 Dark Energy.
So, your Weezing now only needs 1 Dark Energy to use its Smog Burst attack instead of 2 Dark Energy because of Galarian Weezing Ability, Energy Factory. If you managed to attached total of 5 Energy to all your Weezing, you will be able to deal 220 Damage from Smog Burst attack which is strong enough to knock out most of the Pokemon V. This damage output can be considered quite good since given the fact that your opponent will only get 1 Prize Card when your Weezing is knocked out.
Weezing first attack, Mixin'Toxin can be used to stall your opponent's attacker because this attack has an effect that not only confuses your opponent's Active Pokemon also allows you to attach 1 Dark Energy from your discard pile to your attacking Weezing.
However, it is not very easy to set up many Weezing and Galarian Weezing on your bench since they both share the same pre-evolution Pokemon, Koffing which you are only allowed 4 copies in your deck. Perhaps, this is the major limitation of using Weezing. Still, you can do quite well with deck as long as you set up properly.
Energy Set Up
Galarian Moltres V Ability, Direflame Wings boosts the damage output from Weezing attack Smog Burst since this Ability allow you to attach 1 Dark Energy from your discard pilte to Galarian Moltres V. Thus, you will be able to get extra 20 Damage every turn as long as there is Dark Energy in your discard pile.
The damage output from Smog Burst can be increased even more with Weavilel GX Ability, Shadow Connection. With this Ability, you will be able to transfer as much as Dark Energy cards from your Moltres V to all your Weezing and Galarain Weezing. Then, each Dark Energy transferred through this way be multiplied 2 times because of Galarain Weezing Ability, Energy Factory.
It is important to conserve as much as Dark Energy attached to all your Pokemon since it can affect the damage output from Smog Burst. One smart way to do is to use Exp. Share. Using Exp. Share on your Weezing and Galaraina Weezing will not only fulfil your Energy requirement for Smog Burst attack after your attacking Weezing Knock Out also allows you to maintain higher damage output.
